入国管理局申請許可条件
- A healthy person where having more than 12 years education or expecting to complete back in his/her own country.
- Have clear objective and enough basic learning abilities and diligence.
- Have 150 hours of Japanese language study experience or Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 4.
- Have a guarantor and a person to take care of his/her living expenses, school fees, room rental fees and other fees while in Japan.

Application Procedure for Main Japanese Course
- 1. Application Reception
- Applications are accepted at A.C.C. school reception.
- 2. School Examination
- After it is examined that a person is possible to apply then an interview will be conducted.
After passing the selection test, please complete the application fee payment and proceed to submit all the necessary documents to A.C.C.
- 3. Immigration Exmination
- The school wil check the submitted documents and if no problem they will be submitted to the Immigration for the application of “Eligibility”status.
- 4. Immigration Examination Result
- The notice of result will go to the application.
Reasons will be given for those who fail the examination.
- 5. Completion of Payment
- After the applicant has paid all the neccessary payments he/she will receive document with
the "Authorization of resident eligibility" and "Enrollment Permission" status.
With the above documents, applicant could then apply for visa at Japanese country diplomatic establishments abroad.
- 6. Enrollment into A.C.C.
- After acquiring the visa, applicant shall come to Japan at a specified date by A.C.C. and enroll as A.C.C.'s student.

| 2. Bank Balance Certificate
Must belongs to expenditure payee. Account cannot be cancel within 6 months, bank account balance should be at least 1.2 million yen to 1.5 million for a one year enrollment. |
| 3. Job Certificate
Must be stamped by the employer's official stamp. |
| 4. Income Certificate
Must be obtain from expediture payee's employer where tax payment is also shown. For Chinese nationalities it must include the past 3 years. |
| 5. Family Registration
Document that proof the relationship between the expenditure payee and the applicant. |

| 6. Foreigner living in Japan:
a) Registration card description matter proof. b) Alien Registration Card copy. |
| 7. Family Registration
Document that proof the relationship between the expenditure payee and the applicant. |

Application fee can not be funded.
After getting eligibility
Those who are accepted for admission should pay or remit the following fees and expenses within 1week after result notification.
